With our system, a connection to all participating suppliers is established with just a few clicks, without any lengthy and cost-intensive integration projects. And best of all: it is free of charge for printers!

Thanks to Zaikio, all existing, but also potential new customers can order directly from their MIS at no extra cost. From Zaikio they receive all prices and availabilities and can make their selection with just a few clicks. This is of course an enormous time-saver for the print shops.
After an intensive test phase, I am pleased to announce that Zaikio Procurement is now freely available to all printers. With this we are creating the basis for the automation of many processes in the future. As a first step, Zaikio will save printers a lot of time, which they can use for other important activities.
The use of Zaikio Procurement is completely free of charge for printers. Zaikio's business model is based on a relationship between Zaikio itself and the participating suppliers. For printers, this does not change the existing business relationship with their suppliers.
Zaikio is a modern software company from Mainz, supported by established industry leaders such as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. Thoughtful development and clear design is in our DNA. We love to create beautiful and functional products and believe that with the right attitude we can all master the challenges of the printing industry.
Data security is a top priority at Zaikio. Therefore, as a printer, you always remain the owner of your data. Software partners and suppliers can only access selected data if you actively release it. Zaikio covers all European data protection regulations and only stores data that is absolutely necessary.
You can also use Zaikio Procurement independently of your MIS. You have the possibility to order via our Procurement Web App or to connect your own developments via our open interfaces. Zaikio is in discussions with all major MIS. Ask your MIS vendor if and when they will support a connection.
We are talking to all the important suppliers and of course we want everyone to join in. But that takes time. We are working flat out to list all important suppliers on Zaikio in the future and will gradually bring them onto our platform.
